“Thank you Kambo
There are no right combination of words to describe my immense gratitude to the medicine of Kambo. I have been working with this sacred medicine for just over a year and it has helped me cleanse, heal and release in every aspect of my being.
When I first learned of Kambo I was terrified of it, because of the purgatory effects and more so what it would mean I had to face within myself.
It has been one of my greatest teachers in the “art of letting go”. Kambo has helped me to release deep rooted shame, anger, grief and so much more. It has removed brain fog, brought more mental clarity and creativity, it has helped me to release stuck and stored trauma from my body, but MOSTLY…
It has taught me to LISTEN to my body.
Just over a week ago I was able to be served, held, witnessed and supported by one of my oldest and dearest friends CheyAnne. Her medicine is powerful, the space she holds is so so safe, and she pushes in all of the right ways.
As we sat in this magical ceremony my intentions were to release anger from my body, to witness my inner child in her anger, to see her and hold her in it, and then to allow it to go.
It was painful, it was uncomfortable, there were moments of “oh fuck what am I doing” and then there was the release. The years of holding on. The years of pent up sadness for that little girl just longed to be held, safe, and supported.
What was so clear and evident by the end of it was how supported she is and has always been by the unseen realms. Her team of support is so massive, so powerful, so sacred, and she chose so wisely her lessons here, now.
This medicine has taught me to embrace the purge. To embrace the release. To give gratitude to the ability to let it go.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
