  4. Remove air from the enema hose by releasing the clamp to let air pockets flow out.

  5. Lubricate the enema tip with coconut oil.

Step 3: Perform the Enema

  1. Lie down on your towel and gently insert the enema tip about 6 inches into your rectum.
